Leavitt Brothers grants you, the member/subscriber, the right to download, print,
or use the information from LeavittBrothers.com for you own personal use only.
But the material may not be modified or altered in any way, republished or
distributed, or made available to 3rd parties without the written consent of
Leavitt Brothers. The member/subscriber also shall not share his/her username
and password with anyone for any reason.
Leavitt Brothers retains the right to terminate at any time, and without
cause, any membership or subscription.
